With the selection of the best grapes and a careful process of fermentation in 500-liter barrels, we achieve a complex and elegant wine, in which we find a subtle balance between the grapes and the oak, thus expressing the virtues of the stately chardonnay in its maximum grandeur, a minerality and finesse of unique personality for its location.

El secreto de Élez
This is the first time that Finca Élez has produced a 100% Viognier. El Secreto was also the first high-end wine of the winery’s new stage. There is a lot of enthusiasm and expectations in the wine market for this wine. Production is very limited, only 2667 bottles. Compared to the referents of this variety in the national market, this Viognier has a fresher character, personality and a lot of minerality. Highlights: the uniqueness of the varietal and its masterful adaptation to an unusual site for a Viognier.
